Gentle LOADS was founded by a single mother Nohemi Medina, who after recovering from a car accident she recognized the need for a laundry supportive solution in the community. Her mission is to facilitate laundry services for those facing financial hardships and or those with disabilities. Through Gentle LOADS, Nohemi aims to alleviate laundry burdens and provide a sense of dignity and care to those in need.
